Buttons Up!

This week has been very special, I have collaborated with an emerging accessories brand called 'Accessories Room'. Some of you might have noticed that on my instagram i have posted pictures of this divine red croc style ring for you darlings to treat yourselves or even hint to your loved one to buy you one, using my code ANGEEGARCIA to get 10% off all rings till monday night! My Valentine gift to you... you are certainly most welcome ;)

The ring wasn't the only thing I shot this week. I have been obsessing over my new light camel button up skirt, inner channelling my 70's style with a tint of modern chic. I'm a person that when I am looking for a specific staple it has to be perfect, i can't just buy any ordinary normal one, and of course it has to fit me to. Being a petite girl i tend to shop at both kids and adults shops to find the perfect size for myself, because sometimes adult clothes can just be a tiny bit too big! So as i searched far, wide and beyond for this button up skirt, endless fittings, i finally ended up finding a unique one at Abercrombie & Fitch! The suede is super soft and the beige/camel colour just complements both winter and spring seasons. It was just so stunning and fitted perfectly that i had to have it. One of the benefits of working at Abercrombie is that I can enjoy a generous discount too! ;) it was just meant to be ....

I combined the skirt with a black ribbed polo neck from Abercrombie kids, there's a story to this actually... a customer was returning this top because it didn't fit her child, i was working on the tills that day, so i served her gladly and done the return for her. After she left i was censoring the top, started to admire it checking the size putting it against me, instead of putting it in the returns bin, i just hid it under the counter and bought it when i finished work. I didn't have a black ribbed polo neck and its a winter staple that everyone needs! This sherpa lined jacket is also from a kids store, this time Zara kids, their biggest size is equivalent to a size 4/6 and kids clothes are cheaper too so bargain! Tip girls: if you are petite always go into zara kids or abercrombie kids they have some items that are pretty cute, yet stylish and don't look childish.

Sweaters & Ballerinas

Happy February beauties! and welcome to my first post of 2016!
I know i haven't been posting much recently and haven't been as consistent, but my goal this year is to pay more attention to my blog and post more outfits for you lovely people to see! However, I'm not only going to post fashion outfits, I'm thinking to start doing beauty and lifestyle posts, so you can see the cool places I've visited and amazing restaurants I've been to.

As this love month begins, the temperature is slowly starting to get warmer (not drastically but two degrees warmer ha! ) and by no time it will be summer again! but for now i love this ensemble I've created, its a mixture of winter season and the spring season we are now entering. This thick, turtleneck cropped sweater from zara is the perfect staple for this season, it was such a bargain! got it for £15 in the January sales down from £35 i think... either way it was a very good investment and the sales are still on for another week!

I decided to team up the sweater with Mom Jeans from Topshop, which gives it a very edgy look. Mom jeans are very in style right now, love how they are high waisted and give a very nice bum shape, can never go wrong with that!

These Ballerinas lace up shoes are certainly the new love of my life, you would definitely see me wearing them throughout this whole year! they give a very dainty and girly essence to this outfit, and thats what I'm all about! these beauties are from zara sale to for them for £20, but they have released new models of this shoe for this season so definitely grab the new pair they are so lush too, will try link them below. And finally, my favourite all time backpack from Longchamp had to make the cut, it just fits everything and it perfect for uni, a day out and its not uncomfortable on your shoulders like other back packs. I normally wear it for when I go shopping, giving me enough space to carry shopping bags in my hands!
