Let's Think Pink

Before I begin on this outfit, i would first like to apologise on my lack of activeness on my blog. However, now that I have submitted my dissertation and my final essays i am now a free woman! NOT! I still have my performance left and work placement till the 20th of may, which i am very excited about, hopefully there would be pics of my performance and i will be making a post on it! Heads up i play the creepy cheshire cat!

It's all about PINK this spring, and this is making me super excited because it's been my favourite colour since i can remember! although i don't incooperate it much in my outfits, its definitely used in my room. I've wanted a pink shirt for a while, one that is not too pastel or too vibrant, then one day i decided to go into my favourite shop, Abercrombie, of course and i came across this casual yet smart ,simplistic, salmon shirt that matches what i've been looking for this spring. I paired it up with boyfriend ripped jeans that have these gorgeous flower embroidery pattern on them, which is very much in trend right now! it's the total effortlessly spring outfit and it's made me excited for warmer days, and obviously i have to add a light trench coat on top because lets face it, its still freezing!!!

Adding A Theme

I bought this beautiful tweed pattern blazer in the Topshop sale in February, wore it once on valentines day then that was it. As i was planning what to wear for my next shoot, i took out this blazer and thought, how cool would it be to add a theme to this blazer and immediately 'PING' i should do a British Heritage theme photoshoot! and luckily my university campus is so beautiful and classic, what better place to do it!! It was totally meant to be, everything just becomes more fun when there's a theme added, just like parties when there's a Gatsby theme or a Meet the Flintstones one!
